Neil Schmeichel serves as an Advisor at Vitalis Strategies, applying nearly 30 years of entrepreneurial leadership to healthcare finance. Over three decades, he founded and grew two international service companies within the oil and gas industry—expanding operations across Canada and into the United States—before completing his Executive MBA at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business. A recognized expert in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial planning, Neil now advises Vitalis on strategic mergers and acquisitions, streamlining operations, bolstering fiscal performance, and navigating complex growth initiatives to unlock their full potential.
